Why doesn't my candle burn the same number of hours?

Burning time can be affected by various factors (i.e., whether wicks are trimmed or not, traffic flow and drafts in the room). Since we don't know the conditions under which the candle is being burned, we can't guarantee that you'll get a certain number of hours of burn time. We do note general burn times but these are not guaranteed.

Do you have a catalog?

No we do not offer a print catalog. All of our items are available for viewing on our website.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not have will call/pick up at our current location.

How long will it take to get my order?

We usually ship orders within 5-8 business days, beginning the day after you place your order. Our business days are Monday through Friday. During peak seasons and especially around holidays, this can extend to 7-12 business days. Shipping time can take another 2 to 5 days, depending on the delivery area the package is going to.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and payment through PayPal and eLayaway as well as money orders. At this time, we do not accept personal checks. Orders can be placed through our secure online shopping cart.

Do you do Dropshipping or have a Wholesale catalog?

Unfortunately we do not do drop shipping nor do we sell at wholesale prices.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, we only ship to the US at this time. Due to problems with delivery, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
